INGREDIENTS
1 1/4 cups heavy cream
1 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon cocoa powder
4 teaspoons instant espresso
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon almond extract
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1 cup half-and-half
DIRECTIONS
Heat heavy cream and sugar together in a small sauce pan over medium heat, stirring occasionally until sugar dissolves. Whisk in cocoa powder, espresso, vanilla, almond extract and salt. Remove from heat and cool slightly. Stir in half-and-half and refrigerate until ready to serve.
